If you are not completely happy with your online purchase you can return it within 30 days of receipt. Provided you comply with the terms below, the full price of the goods will be refunded to you.
If the product is faulty (meaning it is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described), you can return it within 30 days (longer periods may apply in some circumstances under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) and the price paid and the basic delivery charge will be refunded to your original method of payment.
Other than in the case of faulty products, we will only accept the return of unopened/unused products.
When returning an item – whether you don’t want it anymore, it was a mistake, or it’s faulty – you should get in touch via the Contact page, making sure to include your order number and the reason(s) why you are requesting a refund in your message. To help process your request quickly, please include as much information about your order and the reason for your return as possible.
You will then receive an email from us either asking for more information about your return or with a link to our small returns form attached. When you should fill this in to fill out and so you have all the information to make your return.
Please note that any replies to refund request emails can not be considered unless:
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore we reserve the rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
